Terms for Direct Key Solutions text message notifications.

These SMS Terms ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in text message communications from Direct Key Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and our SMS Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive messages

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in — through our website, phone call, written form, or other documented consent method — you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Direct Key Solutions at the number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of our locksmith services. You may still request service by phone or email without enrolling in SMS notifications.

Types of messages

Messages are transactional and service-related, including:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Dispatch and technician arrival updates
  • Requests for location or vehicle details needed to complete service
  • Service completion notices

Marketing messages are not sent through this program unless you separately opt in to marketing SMS.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 1–5 messages per service appointment. Frequency may increase if appointments are rescheduled or additional coordination is required.

Costs

Direct Key Solutions does not charge a fee for SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Opt-out (STOP)

You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

SMS delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with SMS is described in our SMS Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at directkeysolutions.com/sms-terms.html with an updated effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
