Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided by phone, email, or other channels are estimates based on information you supply. Final pricing may vary if vehicle condition, key type, or scope of work differs from the initial description. We will communicate any material price change before proceeding with work.

Ownership verification

Before performing key or lock services, we require reasonable proof that you are the vehicle owner or authorized to request service. We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership or authorization cannot be verified.

Appointments and cancellations

Scheduled appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial accounts. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of service.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If a key or service we provide fails due to our work within a reasonable period, contact us for resolution. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, pre-existing vehicle defects, aftermarket modifications, or third-party interference.
